Not only are the houses colorful and cute but who could pass up the opportunity to have their own room and bathroom with a washer and dryer in your building. I chose CVP because it is close to campus and cheaper then living on campus with way more perks. I chose to live at CVP as I was impressed with the overall layout of the housing and the amenities included in the rent compared to other housing in the area. The staff is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and are readily available when needed.
